Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Clinical Psychosis Pathway Lead to provide strategic, clinical leadership for the Psychosis Care Pathway across Gloucestershire. The role covers Early Intervention in Psychosis, Assertive Outreach Service and broader psychosis provision in community and integrated care settings, driving NICE-aligned, timely access to care.

Qualifications

• Lead psychosis pathway development with governance and escalation to Trust Board.
• Deliver evidence-based psychosis interventions and service models.
• Coordinate cross-system partnerships across NHS, social care and voluntary sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Psychosis Pathway from development through to delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee performance, quality, and access standards for the pathway.
• Drive transformation using programme management and quality improvement methods.
• Develop workforce capability in psychosis care and secure governance and assurance.
• Analyse clinical, workforce and performance data to optimise delivery.
• Ensure timely access to NICE-concordant care and integration with PCNs.
• Represent population needs at system governance boards and decision bodies.
