Part Time Projects Administrator

Stokesley

£15 - £16 ph

Permanent, Part Time

Hours: 8.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Projects Administrator to join our client’s team and play a key role in supporting service and maintenance contracts, as well as coordinating projects across the UK.

In this role, you’ll be the link between customers—who expect prompt, professional support—and the team of engineers, ensuring they have the right information, schedules, and resources to deliver outstanding results.

What you’ll do:
  • Process job sheets, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Produce customer-facing paperwork, including certificates, reports, and job sheets.
  • Support the Service & Projects Manager in coordinating service contracts and scheduling engineer workloads.
  • Handle customer calls and emails professionally, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with emergency callouts, liaising between customers and engineers to meet agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate job and vehicle records, escalating any issues to management.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure engineers have the right stock for their work.
  • Provide customer quotes and work closely with internal teams on invoicing, stock, and admin.
  • Support colleagues and other departments as needed.
