Job Talent is recruiting for a General Operative Part Time to support a leading food manufacturer in Anwick. The role involves processing products on the production line, packing and labeling, weighing with scales, trimming, and quality assessment.

We offer 20 hours per week with day or twilight shifts (06:00-18:00 or 18:00-02:00) and free transport from Boston & Lincoln. This ongoing, flexible position provides stability and hands-on factory experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work day or twilight shifts (06:00-18:00 or 18:00-02:00).

Responsibilities

• Process products onto the production line.
• Pack products into retail trays and label them.
• Use scales to weigh items and stack baskets or pallets.
• Trim products using knives and scissors.
• Assess product quality against customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
