Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Paisley is seeking a Part-time Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a supportive Private Client team. The role offers a varied caseload with flexible part-time hours within a friendly, collaborative firm.

You will handle Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries and Guardianship work, advise on succession planning, and draft related documentation. There are opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Private Client work.
• Scottish qualified solicitor with strong Private Client background.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries and Guardianship applications.
• Drafting legal documentation and administering estates; advising on succession and estate planning.
• Handling a varied caseload independently and assisting on more complex matters when required.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering excellent client care.
• Supporting the growth and development of the Private Client department.
