• Move between roles such as peacekeeper, counsellor and teacher within a day.
• Support colleagues and act as one team to keep the prison and its staff safe.
• Cover shifts across the 24-hour, seven-day prison operation.
• Work evenings, some nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Take on additional paid hours where available.
