• Experience of leading/managing quality improvement.
• Working in Primary Care/Urgent/Emergency Care.
• Clinical supervision/assessor training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Support patients to adopt health promotion strategies.

Registered RGN/HCP/GPhd/RPS

5 years experience in primary care
