Workforce Recruitment and Training seeks an experienced Bookkeeper for a part-time role in Alcester. You will join a friendly, supportive team and manage bookkeeping for a diverse client portfolio using Xero and cloud-based tools.

Flexible start/finish times and an early finish every Friday are offered. Key duties include bank reconciliations, ledgers, client communications and assisting with year-end work.

Qualificações

• Experience in bookkeeping within an accountancy practice.
• Experience with VAT and client bookkeeping.
• Organised, accurate and able to work independently.
• Builds strong relationships with clients.
• Friendly, approachable and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bookkeeping for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Bank reconciliations for client accounts.
• Sales and purchase ledgers management.
• Handle client queries and communications.
• Support year-end accounts preparation.
