Job summary

Newcastle Physiotherapy in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a dedicated Podiatrist to join our private practice on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will work on-site with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised podiatry care and outcomes-driven treatment plans.

The successful candidate will be HCPC registered, confident in assessments and diagnosis, and committed to evidence-based practice and maintaining comprehensive clinical records.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Podiatry or equivalent
• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development
• Ability to manage a private caseload efficiently and maintain accurate clinical records
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and patient confidentiality
• Flexibility to work clinic hours as required and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality podiatry services
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Bring podiatry expertise to a multidisciplinary team, working closely with colleagues to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care
• Help maintain the clinic’s reputation for exceptional customer service and clinical outcomes
• Work on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne as part of a two-site private practice (20 hours per week)
