Job summary

Firebrand Training Ltd, part of Lyceum Education Group, seeks a part-time Project Management Instructor to deliver PRINCE2, PMP and CAPM courses. You will facilitate engaging training, support learners online and in classrooms, and ensure quality assurance across courses.

You will work with Education, Operations and Sales to deliver excellent learner experiences, with a DBS check required for staff as part of safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing projects within professional business environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Experience delivering professional training to adult learners in virtual and classroom settings.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PRINCE2, PMP and CAPM training programmes via virtual classrooms and/or face-to-face classrooms.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences for diverse learner needs.
• Answer technical and examination-related questions and monitor learner progress.
• Adjust delivery approaches to maximise engagement and knowledge retention.
• Maintain high learner satisfaction and positive feedback.
• Share real-world project management experience to contextualise learning.
• Collaborate with Education, Operations, Sales and Customer teams to ensure excellent learner experiences.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Act as an ambassador for Firebrand with professionalism.
