Job summary

Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College, is seeking a part-time Placement Coordinator to organize high-quality work experience placements, including T-Level placements and Awarding Body activities. The role focuses on coordinating, planning and delivering placements while maintaining excellent relationships with curriculum teams.

The successful candidate will track KPIs, ensure health and safety compliance, and support students through 1:1 and small group sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• Track record of working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Work Placement process for a caseload of learners in varying curriculum areas.
• To create effective links with employers and external partners and stakeholders to develop new and repeat business, so that students achieve their work experience.
• To work effectively across college to promote the employability agenda and work readiness.
• Track, monitor and meet KPIs aligned to placement outputs.
