Missoma is seeking a Piercing Specialist to join our Marlow store. You’ll guide customers through piercing journeys with expert care, on a 32-hour weekly schedule, in a stylish and welcoming setting.

Bring 1.5+ years of studio piercing experience, knowledge of UK standards, and a friendly, professional approach. You’ll support the team, share styling insights, and uphold Missoma’s high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years’ experience piercing in a studio environment.
• In-depth knowledge of UK piercing standards and regulations.
• Clean, professional, customer-focused approach with strong communication.
• Passion for jewellery, style, and helping people express themselves.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into our piercing studio with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep clients relaxed and informed throughout the piercing journey.
• Provide styling advice from Missoma’s exclusive collections.
• Perform piercings to high safety, hygiene and technique standards.
• Give clear aftercare guidance and resolve concerns.
• Stay updated on UK piercing regulations and equipment.
• Advise retail team on safety protocols.
• Be Missoma ambassador with product knowledge and tips.
• Deliver service from first contact to purchase.
• Support team with product expertise and positivity.
