Job summary

Booker is hiring a part-time Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You’ll work Sundays 1pm–5pm and Mondays to Thursdays 4pm–8pm, helping with tills, shelves and deliveries to ensure customers get what they came for.

You’ll need a can-do attitude, punctuality and presentable appearance, with a focus on delivering excellent service and a willingness to go the extra mile for shoppers. You will support accurate picking and dispatch, maintain stock integrity and respond to customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods by hand-held terminal and report discrepancies to the Manager.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and escalate complex queries or complaints to a supervisor.
