• Able to work to designated pick rates and targets.
• Polite and helpful when dealing with delivery staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal.
• Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Respond politely to queries and complaints, escalating complex issues.
