Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy Bolton is seeking a Healthcare Partner to join the team for 24 hours per week at the McAllisters Bolton branch. You will participate in all branch processes, build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, and assist in delivering pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an MCA qualification, with a strong focus on confidentiality and accurate medication handling, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.

Qualifications

NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent.
Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
Experience in a customer-focused environment.
Demonstrated confidentiality and accuracy in handling medications.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Participating in all branch processes.
Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services.
Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.
