Job summary

Asda Taunton is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team for a 28-hour, part-time role in-store. You will dispense, provide NHS and private services, and lead a small team while ensuring patient care remains the priority.

You will report to the Pharmacy Practice Manager, follow SOPs and GPhC guidelines, and participate in continuous service improvements. DBS check and right-to-work verification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid GPhC registration and the right to work in the UK.
• Experience delivering NHS and private pharmacy services.
• Excellent communication and patient care.
• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced pharmacy.
• DBS check and ongoing safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and deliver NHS and private services.
• Manage pharmacy team and hit business targets.
• Follow company SOPs and GPhC guidelines.
• Support delivery of contractual and enhanced services.
• Report to the Pharmacy Practice Manager and engage with colleagues for improvements.
