HMP Stocken consists of 1285 adult males. The Pharmacy at HMP Stocken operates primarily as a clinical pharmacist, you will conduct patient clinics, medication optimisation, medication review, medication switches, clinical prescribing support, patient education and counselling Hours: Monday only 7.5 hours per week 8am - 4pm Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary between £10,328 - £11,591 per annum - depending on experience.
