Job Overview

Approximately 6 hours per week, with flexibility available depending on your availability. Hours are agreed monthly in coordination with two other PAs to ensure flexibility. There may be opportunities for additional hours to cover holidays or sickness.

Hourly pay rate: £13.50

We are looking for a kind, reliable, and empathetic Personal Assistant (PA) to join a small, supportive team helping a friendly and thoughtful young gentleman build confidence and independence in day-to-day life.

Location and Focus

Based in the Yapton/Barnham area, the role focuses on supporting him with navigating public transport, accessing the community, and developing confidence in social settings. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference in another person's life, while working in a calm, friendly, and respectful environment.

Candidate Profile

Someone who is patient, understanding, and committed to a person-centred approach. Experience supporting individuals with additional needs or in a care/mentoring role is strongly preferred.

Confidence in supporting someone in public places and with social interactions.

A proactive and gentle encouragement style to help build independence step-by-step.

Other Information
