A community support organization is seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant to aid a young man in gaining confidence and independence. Hours per week: Approximately 6 hours per week, with flexibility available depending on your availability. Hours are agreed monthly in coordination with two other PAs to ensure flexibility. There may be opportunities for additional hours to cover holidays or sickness.
Hourly pay rate: £13.50
We are looking for a kind, reliable, and empathetic Personal Assistant (PA) to join a small, supportive team helping a friendly and thoughtful young gentleman build confidence and independence in day-to-day life.
Based in the Yapton/Barnham area, the role focuses on supporting him with navigating public transport, accessing the community, and developing confidence in social settings. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference in another person’s life, while working in a calm, friendly, and respectful environment.
A car and clean driving licence are preferred, though not essential depending on your ability to travel to/from the Yapton/Barnham area.
