You must be a hands-on, detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function and support the business with timesheet and data analysis. You’ll be the go-to person for all payroll-related queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth monthly operations across our UK business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (including starters, leavers, and changes).
  • Maintain and analyse time and attendance data, ensuring accurate input and reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll, HMRC, and pension queries.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, PAYE, NI, and auto-enrolment pension schemes.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and provide insights to finance and HR.
  • Support with ad-hoc data analysis and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Essential qualifications
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end UK payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HMRC requirements, statutory payments, and pension administration.
  • Confident analysing and interpreting timesheet and payroll data.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong Excel skills.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working independently and being the “go-to” person for the business.
