You must be a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the end‑to‑end payroll function and support the business with timesheet and data analysis.

You’ll be the go‑to person for all payroll‑related queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth monthly operations across our UK business.

Key Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist
  • Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for all employees (including starters, leavers, and changes).
  • Maintain and analyse time and attendance data, ensuring accurate input and reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll, HMRC, and pension queries.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, PAYE, NI, and auto‑enrolment pension schemes.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and provide insights to finance and HR.
  • Support with ad‑hoc data analysis and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
