In this role, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments. You’ll handle RTI submissions, pensions, P11Ds, and statutory pay, all while building trusted relationships through clear and empathetic communication. With a focus on innovation, you’ll leverage technology and AI tools like BrightPay, Karbon, FreshPay, and Modulr to automate and improve payroll processes, future‑proofing our operations and saving time for clients and our team.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ end‑to‑end payroll experience within a practice environment
  • Strong understanding of HMRC requirements and pension schemes
  • Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Comfort with automation, AI tools, and technological solutions
  • Previous experience supporting payroll onboarding and client queries

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Payroll qualification or relevant certification is advantageous
  • Proven track record in managing payroll for various client sizes and industries
