Job summary

Portfolio Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business in Doncaster, for an experienced Part-Time Payroll Administrator. You will own the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time, using Sage Payroll, and act as the first point of contact for payroll queries.

The role offers flexible part-time hours within a supportive finance team.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience in a standalone or payroll administration role.
• Confident handling end-to-end payroll processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle starters, leavers, salary changes and statutory payments.
• Manage SSP, SMP, SPP and other payroll calculations.
