A global firm seeks a proactive Personal Assistant to manage the Partner's diary and inbox, handle invoicing, and provide crucial support to a team of 15. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. Candidates should have solid PA experience and be team-focused, with the ability to prioritize effectively. The role is primarily office-based in The City, with flexibility for remote work one day a week.
Fantastic opportunity for a PA looking for 4 days a week, working for a Partner and his team at a global firm based in The City.
Duties will include diary and inbox management, invoicing, expenses, formatting reports and documents and acting as a key point of contact for the team both internally and externally. The Partner gives full trust to his PA and will give you ownership of his diary and inbox. You will also be the 'go to' in the team of around 15 others that report into the Partner hence this role needs someone who loves being team focused, who can juggle competing demands and prioritise.
It is essential that you have solid PA experience ideally working at Partner level or equivalent in a professional environment. Ideally you will be able to come to the City for the 4 days, however they will potentially consider one day a week working from home.
This role is a 12 month FTC, but with scope for longer term opportunities.
