A compassionate Female Personal Assistant is needed in Salford to support a 16-year-old living at home with her family. The role covers daily living, mobility, meals, and social activities in a caring home environment.

You will work closely with parents, respond calmly to distress, and help with health appointments. Part-time, permanent contract with morning and evening shifts; BSL experience preferred but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Empathy and patience when supporting a teenager with complex needs.
• Ability to respond calmly to distressful behaviours and safety risks.
• Experience with personal care and mobility support preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assisting with moving and handling and mobility.
• Providing personal care including bathing and dressing.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
• Supporting social and sensory activities.
• Administering medication and attending health appointments.
• Working with parents to ensure consistent care.
