Booker Group plc in Kirkcaldy is recruiting a part-time Branch Assistant for 19 hours a week, with shifts Thu PM, Fri and Sat. You’ll help customers, handle stock and deliveries, and support store operations to ensure customers get what they need quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Available to work Thursday PM, Friday and Saturday.
• Willing to learn stock control and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pick and dispatch goods using handheld terminal.
• Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust.
• Provide high standard customer service during deliveries.
• Be polite with delivery staff and route queries appropriately.
