MCL Medics is seeking an On-site Occupational Health Nurse to deliver a range of OH services at client locations, supporting employers in creating safe and healthy workplaces. The role offers flexible part-time hours (2–3 days/week) with reimbursement of approved travel costs.

You will conduct nurse-led medicals, oversee surveillance clinics, vaccination programmes and wellbeing checks across multiple client sites, contributing to high-quality employee health and wellbeing outcomes.

Qualificações

• RGN with valid NMC PIN.
• Experience delivering occupational health surveillance.
• Training in HAVS, Audiometry, Spirometry, Anaphylaxis and BLS.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Professional and proactive approach to client-focused services.

The Role

As an Onsite Occupational Health Nurse, you will deliver a range of occupational health services at client locations, supporting employers in maintaining safe, healthy and productive workplaces.

Your work will include:

• Nurse-led fitness-for-work medicals

• Occupational health surveillance clinics

• Vaccination programmes

• Wellbeing checks

About You

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality occupational health services and building strong relationships with clients and employees.

You will have:

• Registered General Nurse status with a valid NMC PIN

• Experience delivering occupational health surveillance and other services

• Training and competency in HAVS, Audiometry, Spirometry, Anaphylaxis and Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A professional and proactive approach to delivering client-focused services
