Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Catering Assistant to support our on-site catering team at Deeside Industrial Estate. You will help with food preparation, service, and vending duties while ensuring a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with stock and vending machine operations in a permanent 20-hour-per-week schedule, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene, Natashas Law, Benedict's Law, Health & Safety and COSHH compliance.
• Previous catering or vending experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, presentation and service of food, including barista service and vending duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
• Replenish stock and supplies as required.
• Carry out vending duties: restock machines, check temperatures and record usage.
• Handle cashless payment systems where required.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
