Overview

Looking for an interesting and varied part-time position in a bright, lively agency? This highly successful full-service communications agency is looking for a smart, capable, enthusiastic office manager to help them create a positive, welcomingand dynamic working culture in which team members will flourish. Three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) all of which must be onsite at their offices in West London.

Role Overview

Your role will be to ensure the smooth-running of the office, organising people, information, technology and other resources effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • liaising with the building manager to deal with any issues
  • organising internal meetings and catch-ups and ensuring action points are completed
  • ensuring the smooth running of the office and ordering necessary supplies and equipment
  • organising regular social events including summer and Christmas parties and helping to manage their social budget

Previous relevant office management experience in a small to medium office is essential together with the ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines.

At the higher end of the salary range, this role could also suit someone who has balanced resourcing, studio management or trafficking duties alongside office management in an agency environment.

Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate a warm, practical, curious approach and be prepared to bring fresh ideas to contribute to their office culture.
