A leading drinks company in London is seeking a Part-time Office Coordinator to manage office operations and create a welcoming environment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and previous office management experience. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate meetings and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, working three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday).

Your primary place of work will be our brand new London office, 4th floor Arbor, Bankside Yards, 255 Blackfriars Rd, London SE1 9AX. We love the vibrant atmosphere of our office, which fosters collaboration and celebration. That said, we also value the flexibility and productivity that working from home can provide, so we offer a hybrid work arrangement to support our staff’s needs.
As our new Part time Office Coordinator for our new London office, you’ll be the on-site brand ambassador for Mark Anthony UK (MAB UK), owning the day-to-day running of our London office and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment. You’ll keep operations smooth (facilities, vendors, supplies, mail, access), support leaders and teams with meetings, events and admin, and partner with People Operations and IT to deliver great onboarding and engagement in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
This role is part time 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday. There may be weeks where you may need to adjust working days, for example, high profile visits or events.
