Overview

Job Title: Part Time Office Assistant

Location: Liverpool Street! HYBRID! 2 days from home!

Contract Details: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (pro-rata £20,000-£23,333)

Hours: 10 am - 3 pm Monday to Friday (2 days working from home)

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for IT and phone providers, ensuring smooth operations 📞
  • Manage the daily running of our London and Reading offices, creating a tidy and welcoming environment
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Handle office queries from UK employees with a smile 😊
  • Maintain organised asset logs and keep the IT comms room in check
  • Play a key role in our Social Committee, organising exciting events and awards to celebrate our amazing team! 🎊
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
  • A tech savvy individual! Must be able to help get stuck into resolve tech queries in the office
  • Highly organised with outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude
  • Passionate about people and enhancing the customer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management
  • Approachable with a great sense of humour! 😄
