Job summary

A local nursery in Brighton is seeking an early years educator with a Level 3 qualification to join their supportive team. What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting on children’s progress through observations and assessments - fostering partnership with parents
  • Ability to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the nursery setting
