What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting on children’s progress through observations and assessments - fostering partnership with parents
- Ability to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the nursery setting
