We are recruiting a Night Time Cleaner to join Genting Casinos. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers the casino whilst following company procedures, processes and health and safety and hygiene regulations.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes and health and safety and hygiene regulations.
Being an effective team player who contributes to business improvement.
Regular standards checks in all customer areas, including toilets, gaming areas, poker room, kitchens etc.
Clearing tables of cutlery and glasses etc. from customers ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
