Job summary

Transportukbus is seeking a part-time night PCV bus driver for the Walworth depot, covering weekends and bank holidays. You will drive routes for riders, prioritise safety and passenger experience, and perform vehicle checks as needed.

Based in London, you will join a team of drivers and contribute to reliable, friendly service across the city while earning an hourly rate reflecting weekend night work.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK PCV licence and Driver CPC card.
• No more than six penalty points on licence.
• UK residency and Right to Work documents required.
• Weekend night shifts including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work weekend night shifts and bank holidays.
• Live near Walworth depot to travel quickly at any time.
• Ensure vehicle safety checks and perform basic faults reporting.
• Deliver friendly, helpful service to passengers.

Who you are

You will need to:

• work weekend night shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays
• live close enough to our Walworth depot to be able to get there quickly, no matter the time of day or night
• have a valid UK PCV licence and a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence card (Driver CPC)
• no more than six penalty points - please contact us if you have a drink/drug related endorsement on your licence
• live in the UK and have a UK bank account and valid Right to Work documents

You’ll also:

• be one of those above-and-beyond types, keeping an eye on your customers health and safety and making sure your vehicle’s always in good condition
• have an eye for detail
• have a ‘right first time’ attitude
