Job summary

Hollybank Trust is seeking Night Support Workers for Rowan Court in Holmfirth. Join a close-knit team in a homely setting, delivering person-centred care during night shifts and promoting wellbeing for residents with complex needs.

Part-time role (25 hours) with an hourly rate of £13.61, enhanced rates on Bank Holidays and overtime. DBS checks are paid by us; sponsorship to work in the UK is not available. Training provided to new staff.

Qualifications

• Care experience not required.
• Enhanced DBS check and reference checks required.
• DBS check paid by employer; potential deduction if leaving early.
• Sponsorship for UK work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support during night shifts.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice for residents.
• Support with personal care as needed.
• Monitor wellbeing and carry out regular checks throughout the night.
• Complete records and reports accurately.
• Respond to individual needs and collaborate with colleagues.
