Job summary

A regional healthcare provider is seeking a part-time Administration Officer to support the Adult Continence Promotion Team. This is a permanent position offering a salary of £24,937 to £26,598 pro rata.

Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience working in an NHS environment.
  • Previous Medical Secretary Experience.
  • Understanding of Trust Internal Policies as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Adult Continence Promotion Team.
  • Arranging clinic appointments and managing staff diaries.
  • Quality checking documentation in clinical administration support.
