Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years qualified experience encompassing complex case management.
  • Knowledge and experience of speech and language therapy outcome measures.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with adults with neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy input within the Neurobehavioural model.
  • Manage a caseload of People We Support with complex needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate care plans.
