Job summary

Abode Staff Ltd. is seeking a reliable Part-Time Nanny for a 3-month maternity cover in Burghfield Common, Berkshire. The role is three days per week, with two longer days (7:30am–6:00pm) and one shorter day (8:30am–5:30pm). You will care for two young children, support routines and provide a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include school runs, meal preparation, laundry, and occasional outings. A calm, organized and proactive caregiver who enjoys activities with children is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children aged 2–4.
• Confident driver for school runs and outings.
• Able to prepare healthy meals and snacks.
• Comfortable around dogs.
• Proactive in planning activities, outings and playdates.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care, safety and engagement for two children.
• Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups and attend to routines.
• Prepare meals, snacks and batch-cook where useful.
• Organise activities, outings and playdates with other families.
