Job summary

A part-time nanny is needed by a lovely family in Cheshire to care for their children. Working hours are 2 to 3 days for 5 to 6 hours (Flexible on the days and hours).

Duties include bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children, ensuring safety, well-being, and development, preparing nutritious meals, and keeping bedrooms and play areas tidy. Reading to encourage early literacy and engaging in play are also expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood development is required.
• A valid first aid qualification is a must.
• Experience with childcare and light housekeeping is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organized, and tidy.
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
