Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a part-time morning cleaner for a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) site in Glossop. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–9:00am, 5 hours per week, at a rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will cover early shifts, complete security checks, and clock in using a time system. BPSS clearance and right to work are required; previous cleaning experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 5 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: 8:00am – 9:00am

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) site in Glossop .

This is a part-time position working 1 hour each morning, Monday to Friday , providing 5 hours of regular work per week.

Duties

• General cleaning throughout the site
• Cleaning offices and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Replenishing consumables where required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the building

Requirements

Due to the nature of the DWP site, successful candidates will be required to complete the necessary pre-employment screening, including:

• BPSS clearance required
• Valid Right to Work documentation
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with lone working
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm panel where required
• Able to commit to Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 9:00am

Candidates will also be required to use a telephone-based time and attendance system to clock in and out.
