Job summary

Watergate Bay Hotel is seeking a reliable Minibus Driver on a part-time, temporary contract. You will transport hotel team and guests, ensure vehicles are roadworthy, fuelled, and compliant, and assist with broader driving duties as needed. A customer-focused, calm, and organised approach is essential.

Ideal candidates hold a taxi licence and a valid D1 driving licence, with prior experience in a similar role. First Aid and Manual Handling are desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Personal taxi driver's licence is essential.
• Valid driving licence including D1 category.
• Experience in a similar driving role.
• Good organiser who keeps things running smoothly.
• Calm under pressure with practical problem solving.
• Reliable and takes pride in doing things properly.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• First Aid and Manual Handling desirable.

Responsibilities

• Transporting team and guests safely and professionally.
• Maintain vehicles, ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
• Ensure vehicles are fuelled and ready on time.
• Complete vehicle checks and paperwork.
• Support wider Watergate Bay Hotel driving tasks.
• Assist in training new team members when needed.
