Job summary

Mindrift connects clinicians with project-based AI opportunities in health care, inviting US-based physicians to contribute on a part-time, non-permanent basis. You will annotate AI outputs, design complex clinical tasks, and help train AI systems for medical accuracy and safety.

Contributors may work around 10–20 hours weekly during active phases, with pay per accepted task and rates up to $240 per hour depending on qualification tier and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medicine or related field with clinical training.
• Current, valid US medical license to practice.
• Active clinical practice with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong written English (C1+).
• Board certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content for medical accuracy and safety.
• Create complex tasks with realistic data and diagnostic reasoning.
• Document scoring and craft explicit and ambiguous task versions to train AI agents.
• Collaborate across nursing, psychology, dietetics and other licensed clinical roles.
