The part-time role requires detail-oriented individuals to assist in manufacturing delicate aerospace components. Shifts are on Saturday and Sunday, with a pay rate of £16.53 per hour. Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude, and previous experience is not required. Training will be provided to help you thrive in this position.

What You’ll Do
  • Prioritise Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S)— your safety always comes first.
  • Carry outdelicate, hands-on taskswith precision and care for quality.
  • Work closely with your teammates in asupportive, close-knit environment.
  • Read and interprettechnical/engineering drawings(we’ll train you!).
  • Assist with setup and transfer of parts across production areas like Press and Kiln.
  • Handlesmall, intricate componentsusing steady hands and fine motor skills.
  • Prepare parts for3D scanningand ensure proper packaging and labeling.
  • Be adaptable — pitch in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
