Handpicked Recruitment Ltd is seeking a part-time Management Accountant to join our finance team in the Bromley area. You will report to the Financial Controller and support monthly management accounts, reporting, and analysis, helping with year-end work.

Experience in a recruitment business is essential, with the ability to cover contractor payroll during busy periods and to manage day-to-day ledgers. The role is approx 21 hours per week, flexible around school hours.

NOTE: Our client is only considering candidates with recruitment sector experience. Our client is a fast-growing specialist SME recruitment group operating across Technology and Energy. They work with high-quality clients and contractors across the UK , US and Europe and are known for their professional, people‑first approach.

As the business continues to grow, they are looking to recruit a part time Management Accountant to join their finance team. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting on all areas of Monthly Management Accounts, Reporting, Analysis and helping with year end accounts.

You will have a experience of working in a Recruitment business and be able to support and provide cover for their Contractor Payroll when needed as well as providing support with the day to day finances and ledgers during busy periods. A will do hands on approach is a must

They are looking for someone to work 2.5 days or could be 3 days of school hours etc , so approx 21 yours a week. ( the salary of 45 - 50,0000 is the full-time salary not the pro-rata amount)

Must currently live close to Bromley so it is an easy commute to their offices
