Job summary
Homes for Students is seeking a Maintenance Operative for The Quarter House in Bristol, working 12 hours per week from 9.00am to 3.00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining the property's condition.

- Experience in property maintenance or trades with ability to work across disciplines.

- Excellent customer care and communication skills.
