Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store manager in driving sales, KPI improvements and team development. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining visual standards for a premium shopping experience on the south coast.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure smooth store operations while contributing to a welcoming, luxury fashion environment. The position offers a part-time schedule of 22.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
