Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a part-time Key Holder to help drive sales and uphold our high service standards. This role involves 12 hours per week with keyholder responsibilities in-store, contributing to a premium customer experience and brand presentation.

You will support customers with product information, manage transactions, and assist in maintaining impeccable store standards while representing the Crew ethos and British-inspired style.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented, friendly and proactive.
• Clear communicator with the ability to listen and respond to customers.
• Experience working in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
