Job summary

Crew Clothing is recruiting a Part Time Sales Advisor to help drive sales through outstanding customer service and by maintaining impeccable store standards. You will play a key role in delivering a welcoming experience and promoting our brand values.

With a 4-hour weekly schedule, you’ll share product knowledge, assist customers with fittings, process transactions carefully, and support the multi-channel shopping options.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail industry
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
