Position Summary:

As a Lobby Attendant at Daxton Hotel, you will play a key role in maintaining the pristine appearance and welcoming atmosphere of our public areas. You are the first impression of our hotel's luxury and service standards. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas including the lobby, entrances, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and lounge areas.

Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, general inquiries, or requests.

Maintain and replenish supplies in public restrooms and lobby (e.g., tissues, soap, air fresheners).

Spot-clean floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures throughout the shift.

Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently throughout the day.

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.

Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless guest service.

Uphold luxury service standards in grooming, communication, and guest interactions.

Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
