Milton Keynes College Group is recruiting a Part Time Lecturer for Life Skills and Progression at HMP Long Lartin. The role runs 2 days a week (Wednesday & Thursday) delivering Life Skills and Progression courses to learners in a prison setting.

You will teach across Entry 3 to Level 3, covering topics like Peer mentoring, Education and Training, Health and Wellbeing and Financial Awareness. We seek a creative tutor who can engage learners who have previously struggled, helping them progress,

Qualifications

• Deliver courses across multiple levels from Entry 3 to Level 3.
• Cover subjects such as Peer mentoring, Education and Training, Health and Wellbeing and Financial Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learners to progress and achieve courses and qualifications.
• Help learners gain confidence and skills for employment upon release or progression within education or the prison.
