Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and advise on commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Draft and negotiate subcontractor agreements.
• Support the SC&P Director on strategic decisions.
• Assist with disputes and instruct external counsel.
• Advise on legal developments impacting the business.
• Support the Procurement Excellence team.
